If I have the bios do voltages automatically how can I tell what all the voltages that it is running are?

Run the software that comes on your motherboard disk.
There should be a few tools, one will be related to PC health let you monitor voltages, temps and fan speeds.
There is likely to be an overclocking tool which should allow you to change some voltages.

Also what about other voltages like nb and fsb voltage, etc. Is there a way to view these?

Depends on your monitoring software. If it can support it, it can read it. Otherwise, tough luck.

Just to note, motherboards do tend to overvolt overclocked CPUs when set to Auto, which makes them needlessly hot. I left my Q6600 on Auto originally, but the voltage increased by 0.1V once the CPU was at about 2.6GHz - but it's stable up to at least 3.0GHz at the lower voltage.
