Auto login to VPN

Is there a way to automatically long into a vpn when a user logs into the computer? Is there a command line way to log into a VPN? If so i can make a bat file to run at task at login. Whats the command line way of logging in? Or, is there another way to do this?

Check the Login using dialup connection box at the windows login. Really depends on what client your using and that goes for all of your questions. Many VPN clients work similarly to a dialup connection and you can use that button at login to use the client to login/authenticate.
 
This is XP w/ sp2. Not sure if that will work. Since the MDT (mobile data termial. aka. labtop in car) the User login is a genric login since thier are diffrent officers that log into it. and the VPN username and password is diffrent from the login name.
