Hi,

I have a file that has it's audio and video out of sync. It's video is about 5-10 seconds too fast. Is there software that can match them? I think it's this particular file that's off because all my other huge .mkv files play fine. Might have been a crappy mux job.

Thanks.

You could probably use VirtualDub to separate the audio and video streams and then merge them back together as that applications allows for all sorts of sync possibilities. I do know that VLC can be used to play back audio and video using compensation for the sync issues, meaning you can define how ahead or behind the video you want the audio to sync. I've used that for files that were horribly out of sync in the past without needing to spend the effort to do the entire recreation of the video file itself.
