AB Switch, just google for a stereo one and amazon or someone should have some.

Yea, what you need a 3.5mm Switch.
Plantronics used to sell one very cheap, but unfortunately it's discontinued. However, you can get something like this: CablesToGo Audio Crossplay ($24.24 + Shipping)
That does exactly what you ask, and a bit more. It's reasonable priced as well. And yes, you can trust Buy.com, I have done business with them TONS of times before with 0 complaints.
