I don't recall when exactly it began happening, I run my sound through my motherboard and lately when I play audio through it the sound seems to be going at about 1FPS if thats possible, but when I play a movie on DivX its fine, anything else is screwed up unless im constantly moving my mouse!

Can anyone diagnos this problem for me?

Turn the sound acceleration down in the dxdiagnostics. Start menu> run> type "dxdiag" and go to sound tab. Or try reinsalling drivers maybe.. Or updating directx versions. That's all I can come up with for now, let me know what happens.

That's odd. I get sound distortion whe I DO move my mouse... I also hear my HD accesses through my speakers. I figure that the NForce audio is just poorly shielded.
