Ok, i have an kick ass 5 disk Cd player with really nice Speakers i wanna hook into my sounds card, but the problem is the outs from the cd player are red/white audio cables... How do i hook them up to the sound card. Seeing my sounds card does not have the red/white audio inputs, just Standard 6.1 sounds connections
 
You need a cable that goes from your CD player into the Line-In jack on your sound card. The cable has 2 RCA plugs into a 1/8" plug. It looks like this:

Unless you happen to own 123inkjets dot com hotlinks to images on commercial servers are not allowed.
Besides that looks like a 1/4" stereo plug.
 
Thanks, i was thinking that or a Converter box, but i could not find a box anywhre
