Audio Problem

Hi, looking for any help possible with an audio problem I'm having.

I left for spring break and turned off my computer and everything was working fine, I return now and there is no audio whatsoever. I restarted, still nothing. Then I decided to try headphones to see if it was the speakers or something with the sound card / internal settings and the headphones did not work either, so i'm guessing it is the latter. I updated my sound card's drivers, still not working, and have gone through every setting I can think of where I may have accidentally muted it but can't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
