The computer I'm working on has Windows 2000 professional which I know is probably causing some of the problem but that cannot be changed. The problem is sound echo and cut-off. This doesn't happen for any specific program but all the time. The audio drivers are up to date. DirectX sound acceleration has been disabled but the problem persists, any help would be had.
