in my girlfreiends laptop, i can't get the audio to work with dvd's

windows media player 10 just plays the video but no audio

interactual says that there is a problem with the audio subsystem

she has a dell laptop that is using sigmatel ac '97 audio

any ideas?

i've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the audio drivers

TIA

found drivers that worked well from the dell website, the normal drivers didn't work right

just go to the dell website and go to support
then downloads
enter ur service tag and get it
