Hi..I just upgraded the sound card on my PC to a audigy 2. Everythings kosher and sounds great with the promedia 2.1's 
When fast forwarding (like moving the bar to skip ahead in a movie or in a song) I get a volume boost that ends up be very loud compared to what the volume actually should be. Everything is fine but once i fast forward and it resumes playing there is a volume boost that is unbearable. Once i move the volume slider, it resets itself and goes away.
Anyone here of this before?
