Audio pass through support over DVI

I want to buy a budget card. Ideally I want dual hdmi but none are "budget" that I have found. So I was looking at this: MSI ATI Radeon HD6450 1GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card.

If I use a DVI to HDMI adapter that supports audio pass through will the graphics card support it ? I guess then if the answer is optimistically yes, then the follow up question is would W10 treat it as one audio output providing sound to the hdmi and the dvi port simulatneously ?
 
since that card has HDMI, I doubt it would have audio pins on the DVI.

My Asus 3650 card had dual DVI with one DVI having audio so you could use an HDMI adapter or cable on it for audio to pass through. I use a DVI cable to my HDTV with it.

Yellow port had the audio,
ASUS Global

And I am not sure what you need to do to get audio to play out of 2 devices at the same time, as I have 2 audio devices in my server and I have to choose one or the other.

Thanks for your reply. Ideally it would be cool to find someone here who has tried it.

I currently have an old NVDIA flavored Zotac that requires an internal SPDIF cable. Could never get the included cable to connect to HP motherboard - too loose a connection. Ironically both DVI ports on that card are yelllow - I wonder if the yellow means it is capable of sound. The port on the budget card is white according to pic.
