audio panel with 1/4" jack?

I am trying to find a seemingly impossible to find item...

I want one of those drive bay memory card readers/headphone jack deals, but with the bigger 1/4" headphone jack instead of the standard 1/8" standard size...

My previous soundcard (X-Fi Platinum) had a drive bay with this, but I am no longer using it, Instead using my on-board sound.

I am trying to avoid use of a 1/8 to 1/4 adapter. I have managed to hit and break off two of them so far when I was using them!
 
I do feel quite stupid... I never thought about looking for a cable style adapter. Guess I was just to set into finding a drive bay panel..
