Audio Crackling/Static noise.

Hi everyone. I've been having a problem with the audio on my computer for a while now. I will often hear audio crackling/static when using youtube. It worsens when I switch to a different tab. The problem still exists slightly though when I am on the youtube tab. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
well for a start, let us know the specs of your system. you know what version of windows your running as well as the motherboard and weather or not your usihng on board audio... just saying you have static doesnt help out much... NEED THE INFOS!!!
