Audio Card for best Surround effect !!!

I'm undecided between 2 audio card with they relative software :

- Asus Xonar Phoebus ( Dolby Home Theater v4 software integrated )
- Creative SB Z or ZR ( SBX Pro software integrated )

What between these two give the best surround effect and who have less problems of incompatibility in games.

The SBX pro is only 5.1 and DHT instead is 7.1 but i know this can mean nothing, then .......... in practise what is the best ?
