I've got a similar config (P4 2.4c, IC7-Max3, Audigy 2zs, 9800 Pro, WD RAID... and am getting lots of Blue screens. I just uninstalled all my creative apps/drivers to see if that helps.

I'm going to copy what you did... but did you manage to get EAX running right or did you have to abandon it?
