So I didn't do my homework very well, and I went and bought an OEM Audigy 2zs on e-gay. It was a great price, but needless to say it's been a pain to get it to work right. Just to get it to work right I had to mess around with copying around files that get extracted by the creative drivers, which as you all know don't recognize my card. Anyway, my question is, is there any BIOS hack/flash to get it to recognize as a real Audigy 2zs?
 
No, the firmware is not upgradable without removing it from the card.....but there is a software hack that will allow you to use the Audigy2 ZS drivers.
 
Heres a link to the driver hack, That should help you if it your card isnt being recognised.
