Audigy 2 problom

hey my name is Wes, and i have a sound problom

i just recently made the swicth from onboard sound to a nice Creative Audigy 2 Pro. after what should have been an easy install i fianlly got things working or so i thought. basically my problom is that i can not talk in Teamspeak, a thrid party program used to commicate during gaming. my sound comes out all messed up, they say they can hear me, but none of it is auidable.
things i have tried
1. made sure everything was pluged into the right socket
2. made sure it was the headset
3. ran the repair opinions on the cd that creative was kinda enough to give me
4. ran the test hardware found in the sounds control panel opinion and got this

i have no idea what to do, if you guys could help it would be great

Make sure the Audigy is the default device for playback/recording on control panel/audio properties

Hmmm try updating mobo drivers and the audigy 2 drivers and if they have them drivers for your headset and disable your onboard sound while your at it if you haven't done that yet. Also make sure windows is fully up to date including SP2.

Honestly, check your headphones/mic.. if they can hear you, but not understand you, that sounds like a bad mic (or wire, or connector on the mic/headset).

well i updated the drivers and all seems to be working now. i dont know what caused it to go like this, since it had been working fine befor, but waht ever. i am still not happy though, i what to know what caused it!
