ATX PSU No Mobo

I'm getting ready to moving some drives for a raid array into a normal atx tower case. (Exisiting case is getting a bit warm). This will allow me to put more fans in the case to cool the drives down.

Anyway, there won't be a motherboard in the case to use the case's power switch to power on/off the psu. I've been Googling and think all I have to do is short pin 14 and 15 on the atx power plug for a mother board to get it to be 'on' all the time and then just use the rocker switch on the back to kill power if needed.

Has anyone done this? Should there be anything I need to be aware of in this case? Do I have the right pins to short? Is there a 'widget' I can but to plug into the connector so I don't have to break out the soldering kit?

Let me try and be a bit more clear on my goals.

I'm wanting to get a power supply that will be able to drive 15 hard drives in a case plus some fans. There will be NO motherboard in this case to send the soft on signal. I'm looking for away around that.

Instead of a paper clip, you can use a wire and just put a toggle switch in the circuit.
