Attaching file to posts? How?

Hi,
Is it possible to post an image as an attachment within the thread instead of posting a link to the image? According to the FAQ I should be able to browse and choose which file I want to attach, but I can't find the browse function when I'm making a post.

Attachments are disabled here. To show an image you have to load it elsewhere and link it properly.

ok, I see. This will save you the trouble of having to find a host for a pic and then just attach that to post.

Yeah, that sucks for the server bandwidth and would be better if youjust hosted that bad boy.

If you need a few pics hosted, email them to me and I will set you up with a page if you would like.

And yet another Link to a free Image hosting Site, Its real easy to use, to register all you have to do is give your email addy two times, they send you a confirmation e-mail you click the link they send you and its done, and you can up load pics asap.
