ATRIX freezing randomly

So, I get the atrix for my daughter.
She has the phone for about three weeks or less.

I believe it's running Android 2.3.

The phone now freezes and locks up randomly. Only fix is to remove the battery.

Tried a factory reset, nothing changed.

Anyone else have this isssue? I think I have to take this in for a new one.:mad:
 
I recently got an atrix on that best buy one day free sale. About 2.5 weeks ago. It's been rock solid so far.
 
Have been using my Atrix for a few months and I have heard of this issue, but have not experienced it.

Worst thing I got was that Amazon store bug when I tried to uninstall it which made it I couldn't install anything anymore, luckily the gingerbread update took care of it.

Sounds like you need to return it. It is a good phone though now that it can be rooted & GB update.
