Atrifacting problem with my X700 Pro

When I try to turn up the quality and the AA on my X700 I start to get atifacts. Some textures dont seem to be loading and they are apearing bright yellow or green. Does this mean that my video card is going bad. Ive had it about 6 months now and thats the only problem that it has ever given me. I noticed the problem in Far Cry. Or is this problem due to the fact that i had just turned the settings up to high. I will post some screenshots for the problem if i get time.

You overclocking at all? If so go back down to stock speeds immediately

Nope everything at stock and temps seem to be normal about 50-60 under load and the problem goes away when i turn down the setting in games
