ever since i had a Radeon i had a copy of ATITool..its a great program for the ATI cards~!
 
Nice, will grab it for my 9800. Haven't used it since like v0.0.21
 
thats awesome....i havnt used ATI tool since 0.0.21 eather...then i had my 9600pro....then i got my 6800GT then i started flashing...software overclocking was nice is you set profiles in the tool like...ctrl+O = Overclock...ctrl+U= underclock ( say your going to bed and want to save some life ( or heat)

By any chance is there a program like this for pentium 4 cpu's? I'm kinda cpu bandwidthed now but this ati tool looks sweet.
 
a overclocking utility..i dont think there is...they usually come with your motherboard...but if you want info on your CPU..thats the other part that ATI tool does...the program for your COU would be CPU-z cool little program tells you everything about them
