ATI's CLI.exe process

I understand that CLI.exe is an ATI-related process that runs in the background. Is it normal that there are 3 running at once?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to your Task Manager and check how many of those you have running.
 
Yes, it is. Unless you're running Catalyst A.I., then you don't need it and can disable it in msconfig. CCC starts up its own runtime now, in case you need to go to the control panel, so no worries there.
