No they are about the same. How much are you willing to spend? unless you dont game (and even then... they are both crap)... then dont get either of these.

Edit: if you want a cheap good card about the same price range as the gf 4 mx440 this one if MUCH better because it has 128 bit ram and the same core speed (gf 4 and radeon 9200se both have 64 bit ram, so basically this doubles the throughput of the ram, and is a higher clock as well!).

The 9000 pro, a decent card for the money.
