ati2dvag.dll ? ?

I was on my deskop chaning some of the visual effects on windows and when i hit ok it got a BSOD that said ati2dvag.dll caused an error and to check my drivers & hardware ect..

it also said that it had got stuck in an infinite loop...?

what options do i have? should i worry about this ?
