I recently purchased an ATI Radeon X1950XTX video card. I installed it and all went well, default clock was 650/1000, and i overclocked it just a little bit using ATI tool, to 675/1050
A few days later, for whatever reason, ATItool underclocked my card to 506 on the core, and 594 memory. It WILL NOT let me change the clock speed, i raise the bar, set clock, and it just puts it back to the 506/594 default. I have tried uninstalling ATItool, all of the ati drivers, and reinstalling the 6.10 catalysts by themselves. I used the "ATI Overdrive" option in the catalyst control center, but still no luck. The "requested" speed for the core is 675, but the "current" speed is 506, and the same 594 for memory.
I have tried restoring the default settings using the catalyst panel, but still no luck
I have NO idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
