I installed ATT and it works fine but now Medal of Honor will not play. The First screen pops up then goes off and the disc spins up and then stops, if I uninstall ATT the game works fine. It's not that big of an issue since I don't play it much, but I do fall back on it when I get bored with my newer games. Any ideas?

And also:

After bootup, why does holding the cursor over the ATI Tray Tools icon in the running programs area (bottom right) cause it to disappear? :confused:

Also, wondering if "Apply hardware settings at startup" and "restore after suspended mode" should be checked. Is there any reason to set video card PCI latency? And what the heck is "flip queue size" and should it remain undefined? thank you.
 
Checking "restore after suspend mode" fixed the ATI Tray Tools icon disappearing problem (by the way, this problem also involved the program shutting down also). Anyone have any ideas on the other things?
 
You have the OSD in ATT turned on right? If so, then that's your problem right there. Either turn it off, or creat a game profile for Medal of Honor and have it turn off the OSD when you run the game. It should be turned back on when you exit.

I had this particular problem when I reinstalled MOHAA to try out with an X800XTPE and thought it might be the card or drivers. I hadn't had ATT installed before so (naturally) didn't have this problem either.

Wouldn't mess with 'flip queue size' and no need to mess with the PCI latency unless you're having bus time conflicts (hitching/stuttering/crashing).
 
I know you're responding to Dano905 for some of this, but my OSD is off. Thanks for the info on flip queue size and PCI latency....I'll leave these at default values (basically, undefined (I think) and unchecked, respectively). I still don't like ATT turning off randomly, so I'll probably be going back to ATI Control Panel soon. According to Ray Adams, this problem may be related to either my Zone Alarm or McAfee.......neither of which will be uninstalled any time soon.
