ATI Tray Tools & Crysis

the ATT that comes with the newest omega drivers works, not sure which tray tools version it is though
 
can I download just ATT?

My Ati Tray Tools FPS counter worked with no problems with my 2900Pro@XT in Crysis DEMO (so I expect the same for the full game). Can't say which version, but I downloaded the newest I could find.
 
Mine displays the FPS fine in the beta and in the full game. x1950pro
