ATI Tool makes me reboot!

I have a 9800 pro, 2.8C, IS7, and 160GB SATA. I tried installing the latest version of ATI Tool, but every time I try to run it, it reboots my computer. I have even tried a fresh format, and still no luck. Any ideas?
