ati tool lagging in games

for a while ive been getting these hardcore random delays while playing CS. I thought it might have been my keyboard or something but I noticed it was ATI Tool. Im using ATITool 0.25 Beta 10. With stock clocks and no temp monitoring enabled I get these delays in game that become uncontrollable. Anyone else get them? When I close atitool everything works fine. Wondering If something I have enabled is causing this. Id like to OC a little!
 
I would suggest you post this in the ATITool forum on TechPower up so the author (W1zzard) can comment. :)
