ATi Silencer 4 temps normal?

Hey guys, I have a Gigabyte X800XT 256Mb flashed to PE ( 520/560 ) with an ATi Silencer 4 on it. I have AS5 on the GPU, and the silicon stuff on the mem chips. Anyways, the idle temp is around 31-35* and load hits about 53-55....is this normal?
 
those are awesome temps, mines about 37C with the ati silencer 4, but i live in a desert and it's not the coolest environment :) but yeah awesome temps for air cooling!
