I've got a 9600xt and it's pretty loud. I'd like for my PC to be as quiet as possible. Does any one know how the ATI silencers are for noise and heat? Thanks!
 
if ya check out the forums with the search button, you will see its littered with Arctic Cooling silencer's all over.

generally it has cooled better, and the sound is quieter than the stock loud pitched stock fans
