I bought that remote control from newegg OEM. All it came w/ was the remote control and the reciever thing, no drivers. I DLed the latest version drivers off ATI website but its still not working. You still need another set of drivers. Before my format all i did was install those drivers than windows update installed these other drivers for it but now windows update doesnt install anything. Anyone know where else I can get those drivers? I looked at ATI website but couldnt find any. I have WinXP too.
 
I have a remote wonder 1 and 2 and both of them worked fine with the drivers straight off of ati's site.
 
General rule of thumb for ANY USB device: Try to install drivers before plugging it in. I cannot tell you how many times I've had that be the issue. In this case, you should:

1. Unplug it
2. Uninstall it
3. Run driver cleaner
4. Reinstall software
5. re-plug it in
