ATI Radeon TV-Out Guide?

Hi... I've got a Radeon 9700 Pro and I've always heard about its good TV Out quality. But I've always been an nVidia user until reacently..

Anyways, I noticed that the settings on the video Control panel aren't as good w/ ATI as they were w/ nVidia.

BUT

I might be wrong... so I was wondering if there are any good ATI TV-Out guides, cuz I can't watch a DVD without some video clipping or fullscreen mode correctly.

So, the thing might be that I'm just an idiot and don't know how to tweak it right.

Any links/help are appreciated.
