ati radeon 9700 pro

Whats the SAFEST way for overclocking my 9700pro?

Safest ....without having to add 3rd party cooling devices i will only run on stock cooling...so i should not overclock then?

How far can i overclock it? to a Radeon 9800 or 9800pro?

I rather have something similar to RivaTuner for nvidia cards.

I don't want to softmad or flash anything!!
