Will the ATI Radeon 9550 video card run bf2 efficiently? Ive been looking for a card that will get me the game to where i can play it. Its the only game that i want to play on my computer but im looking for the right card. If you could let me know thanks in advance!

depends on the rest of your system but it should run it adequately with antialiasing turned off and fairly high resolution.

Plus can't 9550's be modded to 9700 pro's?

I had a 9600np and it ran BF2 fine at 1024/768 medium settings and no AA

Should be able to get better than that...I used to run it @ 1600X1200 on a geforce 4 4200ti 128MB with no AA and on trilinear filtering with everything else in videocard settings on performance vs. blend it will still look better at 1600x1200 with all this off vs. 1024x768 with it all on. even if you have to switch to 16bit color the benefits of the higher resolution are more than worth it.
