ATI Radeon 7500 -- odd problem

Hey everyone!

So I've run into a bit of a wierd problem here. I was playing Warcraft 3 and my computer crashed. When I rebooted and started Warcraft 3 again my frame rate significantly dropped. Heres what I've tried:

  • Uninstalling/Reinstalling drivers
  • Using hacked drivers
  • Rebooting
  • Kicking the video card

This has happened before, but the last time it happened I only had to reboot the computer to get back the full performance of the video card. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it? It's not the VPU recover either, I've enabled/disabled that.

I hate to say this useless advice but get a new card man.
A chepa 9200 or 6200 would be much better and its time that 7500 died anyway.

Sounds like a windows reinstall unless you want to experiment on your pc =P

Did you try reinstalling the game? The crash may have fucked up one of the game's core files.
