Anybody check out the ATI R600 yet?

Wonder what would be better for my aBit NF-M2 nView w/AMD's Athlon 64 FX-62 AM2
2.80GHz, the GeForce 8800GTS or ATI R600 when it comes out?

Found some specs for the R600
Source:

Memory supports GDDR4
built on 65nm
64 Shader pipelines (Vec4+Scalar)
32 TMU's
32 ROPs
128 Shader Operations per Cycle
800MHz Core
102.4 billion shader ops/sec
512GFLOPs for the shaders
2 Billion triangles/sec
25.6 Gpixels/Gtexels/sec
256-bit 512MB 1.8GHz GDDR4 Memory
57.6 GB/sec Bandwidth (at 1.8GHz)
WGF2.0 Unified Shader

Whats the over all size of memory on this card?

I'd question the accuracy of the information they posted on that site. The current working assumptions I've been seeing seem to be quite different from what they listed. Plus those articles appear to be dated from June/July of '05.

R600
65/80nm process
32ROPS(could be accurate)
64 pipes is probably accurate
512MB is a given
256bit @1.8GHz GDDR4(speed could be accurate but bus could be up to 512bits, GDDR4 is a given)
800MHz core clock(should be close)

G80 data doesn't appear to be very accurate.
