hi i have this irritating problem with my
9200se card.I want to overclock it but it is not possible.I use ati tool 0.20 and when i start it it says my card driver are locked against overclocking, when using catylst drivers 3.4 and up and it is true about it.I dont exactly know the catylst version but i m sure it us some 4.3 or something ;when i try to overclock my card........after i run a 3d app it changes to its default settings..Please i want a link for the modified drivers.

no offense guy but overclocking that card isnt going to do anygood.
its not a gaming card.

i was GOING to OC my 9200se, but then my P3 mobo died...lol

good luck dude, u'll be pulling .2fps in Doom 3 stead of .1 :p

but seriously, if that's ur card, i apologize...but if its just a "POS Old Card" okay, then throw it away...

it was advice given so that he didnt waste his time and frustrations trying to overclock that card.
its a workstation only card. not meant for gaming

my 9700np is also locked bios...

OC from the bios by setting the speed in the bios file and then flash it!

ps. you're liable for your own actions :D

my 9700np is also locked bios...

ive never had one that rejected any overclocking.

use bloody ati tool or Rage3d. it applies the overclocking everytime you boot your pc. which is the way its done with every software unless you alter a bios or use rivatuners hardware level overclock.
rage3d and atitool dont care which drivers you use.
in fact atitool has a fix for certain ati cards and i think the 9200 is one of them.

firstly thanx for the drivers..secondly i m not mad to throw away my card because some jerk say me to throw...thirdly im not a hardcore gamer...play strategy games mostly and wont play that doom 3 :D ...

Don't worry about what people say. Not everyone can afford or finds a need for the latest hardware. That card will run DirectX 8 games just fine.
