Let me give a little background on this issue.
Over the last two days I've been having some weird graphics glitches come up on my eMachines M6807 Laptop. (I know, eMachines, lets get past that if we can, hehe). When booting the computer the Windows XP Logo would have some vertical lines through it. Not a big deal, I didn't like the logo much anyway. Then when I started booting my laptop the 'E' logo that comes from the Bios had the same vertical lines in it.
The graphics glitches that were coming up looked like the type you would get when overclocking a video card a little too far. I've never overclocked the card on my laptop before. I've done the standard troubleshooting. Removed/Reinstalled Omega Drivers. Reinstalled DirectX 9.0c. Few reboots, etc. The problems would still persist.
I unplugged the laptop and started moving stuff onto my desk so I could switch back to my desktop PC and left the laptop unplugged for around 30min. When I started it up again the Windows XP boot screen was fine but the BIOS screen still had vertical lines in it. I think flashed the BIOS to the latest version (which was already on there anyway) and now the 'E' logo is fine again.
Still with me? It gets better.
I booted up the Laptop again and put 3DMark05 on it and started running it in a loop. A few times randomly the graphics sorta glitched but it always fixed itself. I tried Battlefield 2, Doom 3 and UT2004 and they are fine now. While running the 3DMark05 I started moving my LCD screen back and forth and the graphics would screw up almost all the time I did it. The problem is the graphics glitching causes a MAJOR performance problem in the games I was playing which can't possibly be a LCD problem.

I've already called eMachines and they will RMA my laptop for a new video card if I am still having the issues after I do a restore with their CDs. I'm holding off on that for a bit. My warrenty with them is up in 2 days so if I'm going to send it back it has to be tonight or tomorrow I put in for the RMA. Since I'm never going to get another chance to replace anything in the laptop again I'm pretty sure I should just send it back fixed or not because the problem could just come back in a week or a month since it's gotta be a hardware problem of some kind.
What I'm asking is for suggestions on anything any of you can think of that is causing this problem and anything I can do to fix it saving me shipping it off. Or should I just ship it despite the fact the problem is fixed right now as long as I don't move the LCD.
One last note, the laptop was running Battlefield 2 just fine today for 2 hours and then it started having problems and that started all of this today. The days before I could just close BF2, clear the shaders and that would usually work but sometimes not. Even after a fresh install Battlefield 2 still had problems so its not a problem with the game and as I mentioned before UT2004 and Doom 3 have the same problem.
