ATI IGP9100 Temp problem?

Yes I know it is a too hot question but this isn't a cpu. I am running a 2.6 P4 with FSB 800 on a Gigabyte 8TRS300M w/ 512 DDR 400. The board with ATI IGP 9100 integrated pixel shader graphics.
the P4 is running at 32 degrees but Sandra shows a second cpu running at 60 C and as high as 75 c under benchmark load. the Heat sink on the IGP is HOT to the touch. I believe that the temp is the IGP chip. I installed a 12V cooling fan on the chip heatsink but it only helped about 5 degrees. The system is stable but I am concerned about the IGP temp. I cannot find any other hardware monitor soft ware that works with this board MBM does not work or hw monitor. Sandra is the only info monitor that appears to work. anyone one out there had any experience with this board?
