Ati gpu client only stays at ~50% load.

did you do the ati fix so it doesnt use a full cpu core to run the client?

yes, and that helped the smp client considerably.

only other thing i can think of is that you updated your ATI drivers that caused it to not work correctly on the client..

Could be, I have updated them recently. Well I'll just wait till monday I have a 6850 coming and I will reformat windows (my media center is recording off too, so another reason to reformat).
