Hello,
I wondered how do these professionnal video cards compared to more "classic" cards in a normal usage, I haven t been able to find reviews about it so I was wondering if someone could hook me up

not worth the money unless you need one. If you don't need pro workstation 3D gear, there's no reason to have it.

...unless it fell off the back of a truck or something.

they are not for games if thats what you're asking... They will run most games but the drivers are not optimized for speed, so it will perform slower then a radeon.

Well, I imagined they are not worth top of the line video card but I was looking for one for a secondary computer and I can get a 64mb one for something like 30$ so I asked myself questions. How would it compare to a geforce 1 or 2?

I use that video card on a pIII866 at work with 768MB of ram. It runs very very well for normal applications and CAD work, but I have yet to actually test it for anything game related.

I may also be getting one fairly cheaply when my work upgrades all the computers there soon, so I've been looking into it as well. From what I understand, the card is not your normal length, though, it is much longer and will cause problems with fitment in some more compacted cases.
