ATi express3200 drivers?

SO, i have ordered a new dfi lp ut cfx3200 motherboard for christmas and i am trying to locate drivers for it. is it included in the ccc? I cannot find them on the ati site and dfi only supplies the bios update. So what gives? I am coming from a NF4 platform so is ati just different or what?
 
the northbridge doesn't need any special drivers but you will need drivers for the ULi southbridge, sound etc.
