ATI DVD Encoder question

When I run the Catalyst Installer, the DVD encoder won't install. It says "ATI hardware not found". If anyone has any ideas please help. I'm having problems with my AIW 9200.
 
Does it do the same thing with the drivers off the CD? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? Reformat? Maybe RMA time,

Try manually installing from the CD vice the installer (should be the setup.exe under the DVDDcdr directory).

I've seen the install discs not recognize the hardware before and the web updater not recognize the install disc for the DVD codec.
