ati driver removaltool

for a long time i had used driver sweeper but it is discontinued


i've found no problems however just using the catalyst install manager to uninstall the ATI /AMD drivers then install the new cats after that now.

aww... so i am ..funny i'd always got it from guru3d and they say it si discontinued.. hmmm oh well learn something new everyday i guess.
