ATI Driver Question - Which ones to install?

Just download option #1. Though, it should be pointing you to 8.11 instead of 8.10

Option 2 allows users to download the vanilla driver without the Catalyst Control Center configuration tool. Great if you don't intend to change any of the settings because CCC does take a fairly large memory footprint.

Hydravision is for people with multiple displays IIRC.

Avivo is only for those using the older X1000 series cards and is just the encoder, which wasn't all that great with my X1800GTO and still used more CPU than GPU.
 
Well, since I have both a 24" and a 20 inch monitor, do I need the hydravision program.
