ATI Driver Help

Hi a friend sold me a ATI video card im not sure who makes it but im trying to get a driver for it as the disk he gave me doesnt work.

The disk he gave me is all red says "ATI VGA Card Driver" on it and at the bottom it says Ver:Ves 1.09 and I put the card in started the pc installed the drivers and restarted like it said then my moniter would not work so i reinstalled my old XFX 5500 so I could post here im not sure but I think i saw some where about Rage but not quite sure if thats what it is or what driver I need to download for it. Was hoping some of you could point me in the right direction. Only thing it came with was the plastic bag and cd which doesnt work after installing driver.

Specs:

The card is green in color. It has a little fan on it (fins actually). Running xp pro.

On the sticker on the card says.

A9200SE-64MB+TV+DVI/A

What exactly is the diference in CCC and normal drivers or is there. Better driver for graphics , games etc ?
 
The drivers are the same it's just the user interface that are different, you can change some more settings with CCC also, like the optimized settings.

just start with the normal control panel version, try out the CCC later if you want
 
Just either, you'll' see no difference except maybe a shorter laoding time when opening the control panel. I personally use CCC but it doesn't really make much of a difference.
