I couldnt think of ne where else to post this and i thought this would be the best place.

Yesterday i installed the ATI Bacteria Screensaver on my computer so i would have a snazzy screensaver when guests came over but everytime it would start to come on my computer would j ust restart. Ive had no probs w/ these in the past and games and other apps run fine no crashes. I am running the Beta 4.12's and i even tried turning down my video card settings on desktop, and nothing on my system is ocd. i have

AMD 64 2800
Abit KV8 Pro
Radeon 9700 Pro 128
Kingston HyperX PC3200 2x256

any ideas?

also tried several programs to check my 12v and none show that i have it and neither does bios?
