ATi Control Center unable to start?

Hey working on a comp with VisionTek HD2600XT 512MB PCIe video card. I uninstalled all the old video drivers and software and installed card and new drivers and I got the error the first time. Then I went back uninstalled everything again and I wiped drivers clean using Driver Sweeper and Driver Cleaner Pro from Guru3D in save mode. I then reinstalled everything and got the same error message. WTF is this, it even pops up is there are no ATi drivers or anything ATi left on the damn system? Personally, I've always had problems with ATi driver, always something.

Try reinstalling the .NET framework. That did the trick for me.

Thought of the same thing, but .Net Framework is giving me a serious fight to remove it.

OK, .NET Framework was corrupt, used .NET Framework removal tool and reinstalling .NET one patch at a time. We'll see if that does the trick.

you need to have at least .NET 2.0
